    2013

“Hakogu” is a tool brand started in the autumn of 2010. The name comes from the Japanese characters for "carry" and "tool". It is run by Koji Kobayashi, the owner of a bicycle studio, and a woodwork craftsman, Yuji Nozawa.
I was in charge of the art direction/design of the flyer of the newly released product “Hakogu Book Stool” which is a portable box that opens and folds out to make two stools.
I focused on communicating the unique feature of the product in a way that was simple and easy to understand in my art direction.
